Ernie
Kaluza v2.1 has been released. Installation of a Microsoft .NET Framework Windows updates released between May 2018 and July 2018 causes Kaluza Analysis Software to crash with a “Error 99999” when the radial menu is accessed by right clicking an object within the software. It can be downloaded here: https://www.beckman.com/coulter-flow-cytometers/software/kaluza/downloads Check the release notes for other changes. JaninaSchwarte
Good morning After installing Kaluza 2.1, the Software asks for Login and Password... but I never set up one and I don't have the option to do so. Now what? Janina
Ernie
Hi Janina, I would recommend that you uninstall and then reinstall. During the reinstall, make sure NOT to select the option for "User Management and Audit Trail". Ernie
JaninaSchwarte
Hi Ernie, thank you. Yes that's what went wrong. After reinstallation, everything is fine now. I'm glad four could fix the 99999 Error with a release so quick. Thank you very much!!
