JaninaSchwarte
Hey there, you see attached two plots, one is in a protocol, the other one is in a composite. I fed both with the same LMD file. BUT the axes are different. How can I fix that? What happened? Thank you!! Janina
Ernie
One of them is set to "full range" protocol scaling mode. You can change that by right clicking on the line in the analysis list and choosing from the menu.

Maree
Thankyou. I posted the same question yesterday as I failed to see the question was already posted. Many thanks
Maree
Following on from the issue above, how do we change the protocol scaling mode in BATCH mode - there is no option to change this.
JaninaSchwarte
Which is the BATCH mode and what do you need it for?
Ernie
I suggest that you set the default for this in the Kaluza options. Also, make sure that the option is set to your preference when you create and save the protocol that you're going to use for batch.
