MGV
I am wondering if it is possible to overlay the plots for two different samples , say I want to over lay CD4 PB from sample A and CD4 PB from sample B. How it is possible in Kaluza ?
Ernie
Absolutely, there are at least two ways. The first way is to create a composite protocol that includes sample A and sample B. Once you've done that, the easiest thing to do is to create a histogram for Sample A CD4 PB and another for Sample B CD4 PB and then ALT-drag them onto a new blank overlay plot. The second way is to merge the two files. Then use a TIME histogram (there's a special version for merged files as a drop-down under the histogram button) to divide the merged data into different populations. Then you follow steps similar to the instructions above. The composite approach is the most straightforward, but you can do some neat tricks with the merged files so that's interesting to explore as well.
