Here are the instructions for Internet Explorer 5 and 6 on Windows 2000 and XP:

1. Internet Explorer.
2. Click the "Internet Options" selection in "Tools" menu.
3. The "Internet Options" window will open and you should be pointed at the 'General' tag. Click on the 'Settings...' button in the 'Temporary Internet Files' section.
4. This will open the 'Settings' window. From here, click on the 'View Files' button.
5. This will open an Windows Explorer window. Look for files that start with the name 'Cookie:' that have the domain of this forum: "forums.backmancoulter.com
6. Highlight all such files and delete them by pressing the "delete" key

Your cookies for the forum should now be removed.
